1000 Acts of Random Kindness Campaign Launches Noon February 1st

The 1000 Acts of Random Kindness Campaign Launches at 12 Noon on February 1st. Elk River Mayor Stephanie Klinzing will lead the ceremony at the River’s Edge Commons Park in downtown Elk River.
